Recently, Gmail has introduced several restrictions on forwarded emails, which has resulted in increased number of missing customers emails - not even appearing in the spam folder, but simply being discarded. To avoid this, we have activated today a new service whereby when an email is forwarded, a virtual address is displayed instead of the sender's email address, so that mail forwarding is once again highly efficient. The service is free of charge and can be activated or deactivated in the Web Hosting Settings -> Modify mailbox menu.
As of today, the registration of .de and .at domain names is available through our online ordering system.

We would like to inform you that our VIP plan has been expanded. As of today, each VIP user has a unique IP and a dedicated VPS container.
Our webservers have been upgraded with HTTP/2 service. Websites are now loading faster with browsers supporting HTTP2. The HTTP 1.1 service remained supported. The new service is already available and free to use.
If you use UPC's SMTP, you may experience that you can not send email from your email client.
Its easy to fix your problem, switch to our free SMTP service with your email addresses provided by us.
In order to do this, change the hostname to: imap.mediacenter.hu in your email client, username and password is your email address and the password belonging to it.

Due to the changes in postal regulations, our company will no longer send checks to pay with. Our credit/debit card payment and transfer by wire methods are not be affected by the change.
The Chrome browser in version 90 (as of 13.04.2021) calls websites via https instead of http, which may affect the display of websites for some visitors.
If the website is not yet available via the https protocol, we recommend activating the https service through our Customer Portal interface free of charge.
