Customer service availability at Easter

Our customer service is closed on the Easter Long Weekend (April 18, 2025 - April 21, 2025).

We recommend that you report technical errors during the weekend on their Online Customer Service interface or send them directly to muszaki@mediacenter.hu. For administrative purposes, we also recommend using this interface.

Our customer service will be fully available again on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 .

Central .HU Domain Registration System

In our previous notice, we informed our Clients that the .HU domain registration system will be renewed on 20 March 2025.

According to the central domain Registry, the transition to the new system will take up to 48 hours. However, existing .hu domain names will remain functional during this period.

During the transition period, Registrars will not be able to perform domain-related operations. The following services will be unavailable:
- new domain registration,
- renewal,
- transfer,
- trade,
- data updates,
- nameserver modifications.

We kindly remind our Clients that if they have a domain name that has expired or is about to expire, it will not be possible to renew it during the above-mentioned period. Therefore, please ensure that renewals are completed as soon as possible.
