The change affects section 6.4.8, which introduces a new element in the policy:
6.4.8 The Service Provider applies spam and virus filtering to the incoming mail traffic of the Subscriber's provided mailbox(es). By default, emails marked as viruses are deleted, while emails marked as spam are moved to the JUNK (spam) folder of the mailbox. Emails in the spam folder are permanently deleted after 30 days. Subscribers have the option to disable the deletion of spam and virus-infected emails.
