Information about the changes in processing spam messages

Starting from September 1, 2023, an important change will be implemented in the handling of spam messages in incoming mailboxes:

Until now, filtered spam emails were stored in a separate database, which was accessible through the Customer Portal or the Mail Center interface. Starting from September 1, 2023, we will discontinue this separate storage and spam emails will be placed in the "Junk" folder of the mailbox. Emails in the Junk folder that are older than 30 days will be automatically deleted on a daily basis. The automatic deletion is currently the default behavior for several major providers (e.g., Gmail), and we are introducing this as well.

Please check the contents of the Junk folder to see if there is anything important stored there, as emails older than 30 days in the Junk folder will be automatically deleted on September 1.

If you haven't previously checked the Junk folder, you can safely ignore the above information.
In connection with the above, we inform you that on June 28, 2023, we published the modification of our company's Privacy Policy on our official website, in which we declared the following:

6.4.8 The Service Provider applies spam and virus filtering to the incoming mail traffic of the Subscriber's provided mailbox(es). By default, emails identified as viruses are deleted, and emails identified as spam are placed in the mailbox's JUNK folder. Emails in the junk folder are permanently deleted after 30 days. Subscribers have the option to disable the deletion of spam and virus-infected emails.
